With lots of small and big enterprises adopting cloud computing to minimize resource usage and increase efficiency Adobe enriches their Acrobat cloud based services. The advantages of cloud bases services are one doesn't need to deploy dedicated machines equipped with the softwares, the services can run on any device regardless of the operating system, So you can't be punished to use those Windows. Adobe launched new cloud service Adobe SendNow and added more features to online pdf authoring application Adobe CreatePDF.
Both the services are now ready to solve your real business and collaboration problems.

Adobe PDF [Portable Document Format] is the widely accepted online document format created by Adobe, which ensures no tempering of the information in the document.
Adobe Acrobat has been already offering online pdf creation services. Adobe redesigned and revamped Adobe CreatePDF to create professional high quality PDF documents easier than before. Besides converting office files, images etc into PDF documents Adobe CreatePDF offers file joining and a special PDF printer driver for Microsoft Windows. Like NovaPDF and other PDF printers available, Now Adobe PDF printer allows you create online PDF from the print command in any application which supports printing.






Adobe included new Adobe SendNow service to their cloud application family. With Adobe SendNow you can send & receive large files easily, while keeping security at it's to priority. Adobe SendNow provides a central dashboard to manage sent & received files. Like email attachments, here large files can be sent from one computer to many recipients. Previously sent files can be seen and forwarded to more recipients if needed. For security of sensitive documents the sender may protect and allow only to recipients to download after signing in and in particular time frame. After the time frame passes the files will not remain downloadable. Using the dashboard you can keep track of sent and received files, recipients who have seen, time stamp and more.

Create an account for Acrobat.com and start using the services. However Hotmail also allows you to send large files upto 10GB per file as attachments but it's limited to 25GB in total.
